I have tried to contact all 4 people at Red Transport to rectify this, however they have not replied.
I'd rate my experience with Red Transport as 1 out of 10.
- They were 2 hours late, and didn't communicate with me
- I tried to contact them, and couldn't get hold of them.
- Eventually, I was in-contact with "africanstylehouse" on Whatsapp. The conversation was unhelpful, and the communication was rude towards me. I asked for an ETA or an update.
- The driver was not given my address and took 30 minutes to find me. I had to call them as they didn't have airtime to contact me.
- I was in contact with 4 people, before they eventually arrived.
- On Arrival, it was clear that the 2 people who were supposed to help move my furniture, had never done it before.
- I had to physically move the items out myself.
- The movers damaged the flat that I was moving out of. (Wall, door and floor).
- The movers dragged my washing machine on the floor, even after I asked them to lift it.
Overall, I cannot get hold of anyone at Red Transport, Charles has not responded to me.
I am being asked to fix and pay for the damages that Red Transport made.
I had to cancel multiple work commitments because they were 2 hours late, and then extremely slow.
Do not use them.
