Very disappointing. It was almost a big dissaster. Funiture got hurt. Helpers were friendly but we were shocked by the bad service from the office

Definitely won't be recommending Red Transport to anyone!!! the movers they hired for my move are apparently picked up from the traffic lights randoms as they've stolen my cell phone from my bedside table draw but the boss can't reach them. It's been days since my complaint and I'm still waiting, disgusting as these people are meant to be trusted with your things.

I would not recommend using this service, book at your own risk. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this one was too terrible to ignore. They missed my booking and had to get a mover on the day 15mins past the scheduled time. I had booked two people and they only sent one. This led to the one mover paying a random person in the streets to help him move my belongings under no legal obligation. He then proceeded to drop and scratch my inverter when we arrived at the destination. More of my time was wasted because he had to look around for another random person to help him move my belongings into the new place. I first contacted management about this issue before giving this review and they did not bother to respond.

Some of my goods got damaged and some went missing since the truck didn't offload the same time. I tried to give feedback to a consultant who didn't even show any remorseful, instead sent me the Ts & Cs which should have been sent to me before the payment. They simply don't care or take responsibility about your goods either they are damaged or stolen.

I have tried to contact all 4 people at Red Transport to rectify this, however they have not replied.
I'd rate my experience with Red Transport as 1 out of 10.
- They were 2 hours late, and didn't communicate with me
- I tried to contact them, and couldn't get hold of them.
- Eventually, I was in-contact with "africanstylehouse" on Whatsapp. The conversation was unhelpful, and the communication was rude towards me. I asked for an ETA or an update.
- The driver was not given my address and took 30 minutes to find me. I had to call them as they didn't have airtime to contact me.
- I was in contact with 4 people, before they eventually arrived.
- On Arrival, it was clear that the 2 people who were supposed to help move my furniture, had never done it before.
- I had to physically move the items out myself.
- The movers damaged the flat that I was moving out of. (Wall, door and floor).
- The movers dragged my washing machine on the floor, even after I asked them to lift it.

Overall, I cannot get hold of anyone at Red Transport, Charles has not responded to me.
I am being asked to fix and pay for the damages that Red Transport made.
I had to cancel multiple work commitments because they were 2 hours late, and then extremely slow.

Do not use them.
