1% For The Planet is a non-profit initiative, led by Patagonia Clothing founder Yvon Chouinard and Craig Matthews, with the focus on getting business like ours to contribute financial support to grassroots environmental charities to help their work.
Our partnership with 1% For The Planet sees us contribute 1% of our annual sales, irrespective of losses or profits, to a carefully chosen roster of local sustainability charities. That money goes towards wildlife conservation, habitat protection, sustainability research and more at centers across the South Africa, driving positive change wherever it goes.
Each and every donation we make on an annual basis is audited, checked and certified by 1% For The Planet to ensure that it makes a difference to our planet.
