Move was about as smooth as it could've been.

Great service! I requested the move on the day that I needed it (a Sunday) and the piano was collected two hours later in Hermanus and delivered safe and sound two hours later at ours in Tokai.

24/7 Logistics and Removals were prompt in picking up the goods and very efficient with the delivery. The items moved, including the couch that had to be hoisted, were not damaged. Tawanda and his team were early, loaded my possessions efficiently and delivered them safely. They even rearranged furniture that was already in the new house in order to setup my bed. I will use them again.

Absolutely excellent service, I am so impressed. Heirloom pieces that was difficult to move, was wrapped in stretch plastic, delicate feet screwed off, and loaded with great care, even though it was raining cats and dogs. Access was difficult but still they arrived with a trolley and persevered.
Pictures of progress were shared on WhatsApp and notification of loading and off-loading was sent. I paid the entire amount right at the end after proof of delivery was given and certainly appreciated the fact that I was not pressured for payment prematurely. Very professional service and love this platform as well - will most definitely recommend both the service provider and this platform and will use them again.

Tawanda and his team and 24/7 Logistics and Removals were fantastic to work with. They were punctual (15min early), organized and extremely efficient. They took great care of all our furniture and made sure everything was thoroughly wrapped. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!
