Aviwe was late and collected my goods a day late and my goods were transported a day later. He also lost my mattress and I had to incur a lot of extra money as a result of this.

You mentioned couple of things in your review.
1. Goods were collected a day late.
Our response - Your goods were collected a day later not because we wanted to collect them the next day, we did communicate with you our where abouts, we told you that we will arrive few hours later because of the roads condition and the load that we had prior your pick up, our team wanted to collect your furniture in the same day but because of the rules of your previous place of residence that no one is allowed to remove any furniture after 6pm, so we couldn't collect the same evening because of that reason.
2. Our team lost your mattress
Our response - we acknowledge that we did a thorough investigation in trying to find what would have possible happened during the time your valuables was in transit but we couldn't detect and we are very disappointed by that as well but we believe we did our best to make sure your mattress was replaced within 21 days period, you were made aware that we didn't provide insurance for that specific move but we used all our financial resources available to pay about 75%-80% of the value of mattress.
We are then very sorry that our efforts to make the situation right couldn't satisfy your expectation at all.
We had lot of delicate items that we transported for including a glass table but none of them was broken or cracked all your asset were taken care of.
