We Really apologize for your chip wood but if your memory serves you wel, l i said may u pliz unpack the Box but u said its fine now the chipwood box cnt handled the weight inside the problem is on US, becoz you dddnt wann list more boxes,
I really spoke about overloading the round box knowing tht the materials is Soft its paper woood, you listed
( 11) iterm , we Really moved more thn 11 iterm and we tried our best asking us to also packing and unpack your 2 vehicles which was which was not listed on wise move qoute
