For the first time using this platform, I must say I had a wonderful experience

Bikes in Motion was one of the first companies to give me a quotation. Although i was not in a rush to get my motorcycle delivered, they offered next day collection and delivery to Cape Town from JNb in 2 days at no extra cost. They do have insurance for motorcycles transported. They liaised directly with the collection point contact person i gave them for motorcycle collection and advised me when they had an issue with their tow-vehicle en route to Cape Town. They also advised me of the expected new delivery time. On the morning of delivery, they checked if i was home prior to delivery. Motorcycle was safely delivered and no issues. They also brought the motorcycle document folder as requested. Their trailer tow-hitch coupler does seem to have a higher weight rating. They gave me several payment options also. I can highly recommend Bikes in Motion, as they are an honest bunch of people, making an honest living, giving an good service. Thank you for transporting our motorcycles safely between JNB and Cape Town Chaps! (you should have seen some of the bikes on the trailer… 2x Harley’s, Super expensive Super bikes, Trike on own trailer! .. your eyes will water)

Service was OK and friendly! So a few tips to make it great! If delayed - let me know and not me have to follow up! When bike is collected contact me before I have to check with person at pick-up! En-rout sms or tracking would help with a firm delivery time - not "sometime this morning" when the bike is already in my area! :)
