Really wanted to give 5 stars. Items all arrived timeously, however they dented my fridge door with several small dents. And their insurance doesn't cover dents only total loses. My recommendation is if you use them wrap your own items in bubble wrap. They use really thin blankets and appliances are prone to get damaged

Fantastic service. Rohan was always excellent with communication. He was very accommodating with a few added items and an extra collection point. The team that collected and delivered were absolutely brilliant, especially with moving in to a fourth floor unit, and very helpful with assembling items as well. Their communication regarding where they were and when to expect them was stellar. To top it all, the price was exceptionally reasonable. I can wholeheartedly recommend Britz Couriers and will be making use of them for my next moves. Thank you to the team that worked tirelessly, and thank you to Rohan for running a company so well.
