Hi I'm Keddie from Dengu Solutions. My company offers a very distinct and personal touch in furniture removals. I have a fleet of vehicles to provide tailor-made solutions for homeowners wishing to be moved by friendly, careful and honest staff.

We have found our niche in special packaging of sensitive/fragile household appliances, wherein we have distinguished ourselves with our box wrapping, which includes the use of protective Polyethylene Foam[Aerothene] and cardboard sheets.

We have done our research and trained our staff in the art of ensuring appliances are moved to ensure arrival at their destination in the exact same state we collected them. Our customer feedback has been amazing. Most of our clients have remarked that even the established movers do not offer such a service.

I’m missing a 18 toilet rolls still sealed. Small step ladder with 2 black steps and white frame, 2x bosh drills in their boxes, 1 full 9kg gas bottle, black bag with dressing gowns and long jerseys, back bag with curtain ties and curtain various. This is just what i found so far. I did see them loaded in the truck. The drills especially were of sentimental value to me as they belonged to my husband who passed away last month.

As discussed during my visit, we thoroughly reviewed what happened on the day of the move, and while we have not yet determined how the items went missing, I remain committed to finding out. I’m glad we were able to offer some compensation, but I know this does not fully address the emotional significance of your belongings.

Please know that this is an isolated incident, and I will continue investigating until we have more answers. We are also taking additional steps to improve our supervision and oversight in future moves.

Once again, my deepest condolences, and I am truly sorry for what you've experienced.

Communication is great!!! Punctuality can be improved. Not entirely happy with the condition of my bed a few stains here and there. But I’m very happy with the service.

Thank you so much Ma'am for your feedback. I sincerely apologise for the stains on your bed and lack of punctuality . I can assure you that I've taken steps to mitigate the problems you encountered. We have now started using special plastic bed covers on our packaging solution for bed bases/mattresses besides pallet wrapping. I have ensured that the GPS signal for location of my trucks comes to my phone instead of PC . This way I get to control my driver's critical movement especially on the times leading up to delivery and communication on that will be relayed to customer well in time . Our promises on times agreed will be kept. Please accept sincere apology for the sub standard workmanship displayed by my staff. I have already started seeing results of the changes I made.
