These guys arrived 3 hours late and ontop of that broke my Creality Halot Pro 3D Resin Printer, then they covered it with a towel so I cant see it, then their "main" guy didnt want to own up to it and they tried to leave quickly whilst squishing all my furniture on a truck that is too small and its sad because I bought them refreshers for the day. I Couldnt reach these people so I ended up contacting WiseMove and they told me that this company marked my case as "Cancelled" to avoid me leaving a bad review, that is a new kind of low from a company doing these things, instead of owning up to the mistake they covered it and avoided me taking actions against them.
That was my Husbands printer he used, he needed it because he was doing robotics for the High Government, I am currently Contacting Wise Move to assist in solving this case coza 2.8k refund is not fon make up for a 10k damaged item.
You guys knew what you did and you tried to cover it up, that is utterly disgusting service you guys gave me. Considering you were overcharging me for around the corner move which I had to beg to lower the price and I regret using this company, I wouldnt recommend anyone using FHK as they might just come 3 hours late with a small truck , give you horrible service and then stop you from contacting them, if this doesnt get resolved Il push you to legal actions, because I cant accept that somebody else that might not have that kind of money you broke to go thru this. I will not use you guys ever again and I will make sure I advise others to do the same.

Regarding your 3D printer, our team followed the instructions provided at the time of the move, ensuring that all items from the selected rooms were relocated, including the printer. We were not informed that it needed to be handled differently due to sensitivity to sunlight, as something melted and the printer was not necessarily broken. Additionally, at the time of the move, no blame was placed on FNK Moving Company for any damage to the printer, even from our direct communication via WhatsApp.
