Brilliant Service!! I was incredibly impressed with Sipho and his team from FTH Transport. From start to finish, the entire process was a stress-free dream. The team were not just swift, but super efficient, handling my move in just over two hours.
They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, polite and well prepared which was evident throughout the whole experience. Their effeciency was clear in the speedy loading, use of protective covering and careful placements of goods on their truck to maximise space and prevent damage and every single item arrived safely at my new home. They even took the time to place each piece in its specific location, which made settling in so much easier.
I would also like to thank Kobus Smit for keeping me up to date prior to the move by communicating times, names and what I could expect.

Great service at a really good price. Even moved my piano without too much drama. Will definitely recommend.

Edward, Sam and the team did a phenomenal job. They had 3 flights of stairs and a narrow entrance way to deal with, but tackled both with incredible care and professionalism. I've moved home 6 times in the last 10 years and have used 4 different companies - FTH were by far the best at what they do.

Good day, thank you firstly for assisting and making the move easy.
Truck was a bit late but the crew assisted very well.

One thing to mention, the truck inside was very dirty and there was a lot of red ground around.
If we did not bubble wrap everything very well. All our belongings would have been stained with red ground.

Guys arrived early, packed things efficiently and professionally. Very professional service all-round.

Although the guys who helped me move were super kind and friendly, I felt that they could have been a bit more professional / they could do with a bit more training on how to handle items more carefully / more thoughtfully.

Very impressed and pleased with Kobus and his crew. So easy to deal with, very competitively priced. Would highly recommend them. No issues got my stuff to the self-storage and helped me load it. Much appreciated..

Vernon and his crew, were very helpful and went out of their way to assist.

The communication with Kobus was great at first, but on the day he seemed to get angry that the guys had taken longer than he had expected, and so was a little rude to me on the phone and even hung up. The guys themselves were very nice, especially Grisham. The professionalism score is also for Kobus on the day, and not for the guys.

Unfortunately a lot of my stuff was very badly damaged, and seemed to be from how they packed it. For example my TV stand and side tables are irreparably damaged and scratched, and seems to be from things placed on top of them and not covered with anything.
