The communication with Kobus was great at first, but on the day he seemed to get angry that the guys had taken longer than he had expected, and so was a little rude to me on the phone and even hung up. The guys themselves were very nice, especially Grisham. The professionalism score is also for Kobus on the day, and not for the guys.

Unfortunately a lot of my stuff was very badly damaged, and seemed to be from how they packed it. For example my TV stand and side tables are irreparably damaged and scratched, and seems to be from things placed on top of them and not covered with anything.
