Gigantus Logistics were a huge help during our move. They even accommodated us due to unforeseen circumstances and managed to make the move happen a day earlier. Farai was a huge help and made it a completely seamless experience. Given and his team were very efficient and made the entire move happen in about 3 hours! Overall, Gigantus were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

They handled my order well, but I had to constantly make contact first with them if they still coming etc
They also walked into my house and looked dismayed about how they were going to fit everything in...when there was alot of space at the end?!

Farai’s team was outstanding! They made our move less stressful for us by taking care of everything. They were super professional, helpful and worked extremely hard despite the scorching heat and stairs they had to go through. They also stacked our storage unit in the best way to make sure all of our stuff fit. I highly recommend them and I’ll be using them again in the future.

Terrible experience.

Late, unable to give me an update on where the movers are, went to the wrong delivery location, didn’t know when the delivery was done, broke my bed base by driving through an entrance that was to low, kept telling me to make the payment even though the delivery wasn’t completed yet.

I won’t be using this service again
