Absolutely disgraceful. I am disgusted at the professionalism and packing skills they had.
Most of my valuables were broken and damaged - even after advising them how to pack. I watched my R4,000 vacuum roll off their truck, if I hadn't hooted to stop the driver, he wouldn't have known as their music was blaring. I sent a message to the owner of GIGANTUS LOGISTICS and he gave me the most insincere response. As if it were an automated response. I am deeply saddened that I went with these movers. I should have just gone with someone off Facebook or movers around Builderswarwhouse. I had the worst experience both with them packing and unpacking. And they just dumped my furniture anywhere they could find a spot. They weren't bothered, nor did they arrive punctually, despite my efforts to send them directions and a pinned location. Poor service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER!

Efficient and affordable. The guys were a bit late but they made up by being fast with loading and unloading the truck. They took care of my items and secured them properly to the truck. Would definitely recommend👌

I’d like to recommend Gigantus logistics for excellent service. They communicated well on scheduling and did a great job with the actual move from 3 floors down a flight of stairs, none of my furniture was dropped.

Amazing moving team

Very disappointed. Damage to property is still unresolved, and the capacity of the truck allocated was not big enough for the inventory of goods provided.

Really helpful and accommodating, I had some hiccups on my end but they were able to work around it.

I want to thank Gigantic Logistics for the excellent service I got from them.

I will encourage and recommend anyone to utilise their services.
