Gigantus where on top of things right from the start. First things first, they had the best quote value for money when I filed the job. Quotes were shared promptly and we were scheduled accordingly. They went out of their way to accommodate a moving time that suited us. On the day, the moving team were early and they promptly loaded all the appliances, boxes, etc onto the truck, taking care to ensure no damage was done to the goods. Upon arrival, they patiently unloaded and moved every single item into the instructed rooms. A quick check and sign-off followed and the job was done in what I can only describe as a dream. They were efficient, punctual, patient and professional throughout the experience. Moving with these guys was a breeze - no hanging around, slowing down, no issues. Highly recommend them. Phenomenal service from start to finish. This was hands down the best moving experience I have ever had. Communication was excellent throughout, everything was seamless and completely hassle-free.

2 wooden tables fell of the truck, said they were going to send a carpenter to repair it, haven't heard anything from them yet...Only 2km moved to new house.

The team arrived earlier than expected, with more hands than expected, so the move was quick one. Personally, I was apprehensive about an open truck, but you know what, it became a non-issue.

These guys were efficient, the Team Lead on point, and everything handled with care. My prized piano made the move unscathed, and everything was reassembled as it should be.

Farai, big as he is, is not too big to check in on small domestic moves. The Team Lead, Given, is instantly likable, and managed the move professionally till the very end.

What could have been a frustrating experience was a real pleasure instead. Thank you, Gigantus!!💪🏾

There were quite a few hiccups in communication, but I have to give major credit to the team that showed up on the day.

There were a few bumps along the way — I requested and was quoted for 4 movers, but only 2 movers and a driver arrived. Unfortunately, the person I had been communicating with beforehand didn’t share any key information with the actual team, which caused a bit of confusion and delay. Communication leading up to the move could definitely be improved.

That said, the movers who came were absolutely phenomenal — professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. They handled everything with care and worked thoroughly despite being short-staffed. I did end up with a few scratches on the dishwasher and fridge, and one cupboard foot was damaged, but overall, I’m still grateful for their effort and attitude.

If the communication side is improved and staffing is more accurate, this would be a five-star experience. Hats off to the actual moving crew — you were excellent!
