The organ was delivered on time and in good condition. It was properly packed and protected. I chose this company because they heve a fully enclosed trailer. I would have preferred a truck, but all worked out OK. The only small issue is that this was a 4 person job because of the stairs at the delivery point, and they had only the driver and 2 people. If I was for some reason unable to help carrying the organ up the stairs, succesful delivery would not have been possible. That is the only reason for the lower score on professionalism. I will recommend them though. They were easy to deal with and got the job done.

I was very pleased with the service we received from Wise Move; they moved our furniture with no issues experienced. The staff were very friendly and professional, will recommend them to anyone.

helpful, careful, friendly and accommodating of all the forgotten extras. The only highlight in a very challenging downsizing move.

I wish they had an inventory list to tick, it makes life easier. As for the guys that helped me move on the 29th June 2024 from Perridgevale to Northend, I give them 5 stars. They were very hardworking and went an extra mile in making sure all my furniture was offloaded and placed where I wanted. Thank you very much 😀🤗
