Poor customer service. The truck arrived 9 hours late and they only deliver during the week, my family had essential items to because the truck could not be run to burnout on weekends according to Matt Knezovic the truck owner whatever he is. He said he was going to get to me about the possibility of delivering my staff on Saturday and he never did. I want through the whole weekend sleeping on the floor thanks to Key Moves. They lied about the time of truck arrival and they did not even communicate with their moving crew about the details of the contract. Please spend your money elsewhere if you want a piece of mind. I am never ever using Key moves again, they lack professional customer service.
