Overall, the experience was very good.

My frustration came in the beginning due to not receiving any communication by the movers near an hour and a half after the scheduled time of collection of my furniture. Upon calling, it also appeared as though my move was somehow forgotten on the day.

While this was frustrating, however, the level of service that I received after calling and following up was quite exceptional.

Everything ran very smoothly thereafter and the delivery drivers were super helpful and professional.

It was obvious though that the drivers hadn’t been told the details of the move and were simply enlisted on the day at the last minute. This is certainly not their fault though.
