What truly stood out was the care they took with our belongings—every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped before loading, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition. I could not be happier with Prosper and his team. They went above and beyond to make sure we completed a very difficult move with ease. As a single mother with two kids, they looked after our stuff, they took care of everything, event arranging a scooter to move the motorbike. They wrapped and packed everything that needed care. Connected my appliances for me from one side to the other (dish-washer and washing machine). We had NO damages and NO problems.

If I could give Miles Ahead a 20 out of 10, I would. They were super helpful, did an amazing job of moving everything in my shop with such care, and were very helpful to be an extra hand for all the little things that were needed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for their moving needs. A big thanks again guys!

The Good:
1. Good communication was maintained about arrival times and any changes agreed,
2. Truck is enclosed, thereby eliminating any possibility of rain exposure to contents (it was raining when the move was arranged).

The Bad:
1. My fridge is a brushed stainless steel finish which shows every little dent on the surface. After advising the packers to ensure that the fridge is covered with blankets, they ignored this and covered it only with bubble wrap. Needless to say, a new dent did appear
2. My microwave now stands on 3 legs because one of the support legs was broken off.

Would not entrust this provider with handling fragile furniture.

Wise move exceeded my expectations completely. They made my moving experience great! They were very friendly and helpful. They were the most reasonably priced and delivered! I would recommend them for anyone. No damages to any items.

Although they forgot my booking because of a bug in the system they were able to help me out same day and did it very effectively. The admin oopsie was a flook and I will be using them again.
