From drunk drivers, to refusing to take things that are on the “list”, to damaging my goods on drop off.
Maybe I had a bad experience. But wouldn’t recommend.

I am very disappointed to hear of this. The fact is my drivers were not drunk; it was one of them just smelling of alcohol from the night before (New Year's Eve), which I rectified immediately by bringing in another driver to take over and dismissing the said driver as we have a zero tolerance for alcohol. Des and I don't even drink ourselves.
Unfortunately, I cannot control what my staff do in their private time.
There was no damage to any of your items on drop-off, and if that was the case, you did not advise me of this.
This was definitely an isolated incident, as you can see by all our other ratings.
With reference to us refusing to take certain items, that was not the case. My supervisor advised your wife that she would have to make me aware of the extra items, as you were not forthcoming on the inventory you sent.
I find it very sad that you felt the need to slander our business on this platform, as the situation was under control before we even left the collection point.
We apologise for any inconvenience that was caused, as this is not the way my business is run, as can be seen from all my other reviews.
