MPS were very professional with excellent communication and punctual. Just make sure that you are happy to have open vehicles transporting your goods as unforeseen rain can be a problem. Also make sure they understand exactly how big your load is.

Arrived an hour after I was told. Very professional.

I was sitting watching how they offloaded my household items then I left for the last +- 30min. Later I saw that items was damaged and boxes was just thrown in places. I was very disappointed.

At MPS, we prioritise customer's satisfaction. We therefore treat them with respect and always go beyond to accommodate their requests. We did our best to help you given the urgency situation you brought forward.

- Firstly you provided us with an inventory list as "Inventory estimate 4.0 - 4.9m3
1 Queen Size Headboard, 1 Queen Size Mattress, 1 Queen bed, 5Box and 2 Chest of drawers"

When I called you on Thursday night 29th November 2024 to confirm your inventory list, you claimed that you have sent more items than what is on the request itself. I there fore told you that the extra items can be added at an extra cost and we will need a trailer to fulfil the job. We agreed that the move will no longer start at 08:00 because most of trailer rent providers open 08:00 if not 07:30, and it would take the guys at least three hours to arrive in Klerksdorp "collection point".

You have explained your situation regarding payment of extra items you were adding, and we trusted that you will honor your promise. My boss need a confirmation from you that you will indeed pay for the extra amount. you only replied around 08 am on the day of the move before we could hire out the trailer.

We loaded everything on the truck and the Trailer, and I took photos to send to my boss to decide on the charges. Indeed I shared the extra amount to be paid with you, that happened when we were on our way to the destination. you replied to my whatsup chat by saying you don't have money. we off loaded everything while you and your friends were sitting infront of the Garage enjoying your drinks and after that, I personally asked you to look at all your items. You were very happy, giving us lots of complements, even ask to hug us all. I told you my boss wants me to pay for the trailer and also half of the money he charged as he was not part of my empathy. And finally you said you will pay us the extra the money on Monday 02 December 2024. But when I reminded you on Monday you changed the tune again, saying you are not going to pay. All I said to you was " It's fine I will foot the bill, God Bless you, You intentionally planned to do it this way and it worked for you". Until today you are owing us.

I make it a priority to support black-owned businesses whenever possible, and I was pleased to see several options available on Wise Move, a platform I hadn't used before. Unfortunately, I selected the wrong company to support. While the move itself was fairly ok besides somethings they could do better , the movers insisted on relocating a very heavy couch without removing its legs, resulting in damage to my new place. Although the owner initially agreed to fix the damage, he has since gone silent and become unresponsive. It's not the damage that bothers me most, but the lack of honesty and integrity, which is why I cannot recommend this business.
