Thank you for the review, I spoke to the driver and he told me that he was done offloading (service you requested) then after you asked them to pack, stacking the carpets on the office, you asked the guys to pack, paving bricks which took long because you didn’t provide a wheelbarrow, they were carrying the bricks with their hands, the had to open the butler because your furniture couldn’t go through, that’s a handyman work but the guys were willing to assist, the agreed time to arrive was 8am but the guys got there at 7am and left at 4pm because the house was not packed, they had to pack and also make sure that your pets don’t go out of the door, so each and every item they carry they had to put down by the door to lock the cats inside, they did so much work out of their goodness and willingness to make th customer happy that they were not supposed to, packing up your house in Alberton, taking off the bamboos on the wall, pavement bricks to mention a few, the guys were not given adequate tools to do the work.

Nevertheless we really appreciate your support and you are such a lovely person to work with.

Please tell the true, you had booked us for the 31st then 2 before you changed to Saturday the 27th and I accommodated you.

Fast forward to today, I sent you a message I tried calling you so that we can address the issue of additional stuff you have loaded that is not on the inventory list. Before the guys can go.

If you check, you will see on our conversation, I asked you about boxes pot plants and etc and you said you will take them yourselves.

Its a big double door fridge, big coffee table, sewing machine cabinet and a showcase together with a chest of drawers and queen size bed and base?

See your inventory list check what the guys have loaded, they filled up the vehicle and the trailer with a whole of things that were on the inventory list.
