Nathan went above and beyond to ensure the furniture was well-protected, carefully wrapping the table and chairs in blankets. When faced with a faulty lift, he and his team carried everything up five flights of stairs without a single complaint. Noticing that a new fridge and washing machine had been delivered, he even took the initiative to unpack and install them. Throughout it all, he remained cheerful and professional.
