They accepted a quote for a specific date and then backtracked on that agreed date. Pickup was an hour and a half later than what was communicated. Other than that, it was fine.

Took very long to get done but saying that it was an unusual load. Better communication would have generated more stars

Providing progress was non-existent, I had to send numerous emails and calls and not getting responses on the spot. They took good care of the vehicle, I suppose, because I did not get any negative comments from the recepient.

Great service! My car was collected nice and early on the day that I had requested and was delivered a lot sooner than I expected. The constant communication gave me peace of mind that my car was safe. Thank you Klint and Intercity.

Klint was very helpful from start to finish. The only issue I have is communication, they must improve on that. Also if I give you the address check how far it is from JHB as that can't be an excuse not to deliver on time.

Other than that thank you for delivering the car still as good as when it was when fetched.

The service was fabulous: I appreciated the communication and updates, while the driver and assistant were professional and helpful. Thank you for making a stressful life experience smoother

To improve their punctuality

Professionalism and honesty from Kriss was excellent. Although we had hiccups before my bakkie left for Pretoria from KZN, he was always in communication. When the bakkie was loaded, sent photos. When it got to JHB, he notified me and that it was leaving for Pretoria, even gave me the driver's number. Top service guys, from Kriss to the young man who fetch my bakkie from Pietermaritzburg to carriers guys, excellent job and most importantly... Communication 👌👌👌☺️👍

Great experience with PowaTrans. Klint kept me informed on the loading and delivery dates. Pick up was at my house and very easy. Car arrived within 2 days, shorter timeframe than I expected. All round excellent service, I would highly recommend.
