Absolutely outstanding! From the time I requested a quote to the time my items were delivered, the Prestige team was professional, reliable and the care they took with my items just blew me away. Will most definitely make use of them again ... and again... and again!

I was very impressed with Prestige Moves. Their professionalism, punctuality and how they were communicating with me before and after the delivery of the items was excellent.

I am particularly impressed with the manner in which the furniture items were nearly packed in the room I had designated for these items to be put in. Since I was not home I was worried that they will be just stacked in the room with no consideration, but that was not the case, they took care offloading the items and pack then in the room.

In all, I am very impressed with the service.

Andrew and the team are exceptional! Goods were transported from Gauteng to KZN efficiently, and all arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend them and will utilise their services again, should the need arise.

The actual handling of items and moving between the houses was excellent - thank you to the movers and their hard work. However, I was disappointed to discover that 2 men came instead of the 4 that I asked for. This prolonged the move and because I asked for 4, my quote probably resulted in higher prices. The two got the job done but I still feel like I was overcharged for a service that wasn’t delivered as agreed. Very disappointed by the lack of communication around this change.

On the quote it is started that there are no additional costs and yet I mentioned that I had not finished packing when I did the quote, but on collection more was demanded.

I had the best experience with Prestige. They took extra special care of my antiques and were so fast with their delivery. They are friendly and very professional. Would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again in the future for sure!

The most expensive moving company i have used.
A High additional fee was added for a few more items.

Items handled decently, a few knocks on my items no covers to protect against stuff knocking in truck.

Not to happy with the how the move went. Got a smaller truck than i was quoted which resulted in the loading process taking 2 hours since they had to ensure the goods fit. Got less people than I requested. Handling of my furniture was not pleasing at all. No communication of acknowledgement after payment had been made.

I expected a closed truck because that is what the quote said when I specifically chose.I wish they would have communicated the kind of truck, other than that, they were really helpful, on time and very professional. Highly recommend.
