Hi Edwin. Thank you for the rating and review. Just a quick feedback on some of your grievances. First, initially your moving date was on the 26th November. You later requested to be moved on the 19th of November. At last you were moved on the 18th upon your request and agreement. Time keeping was a challenge since there were a lot of adjustments since we were supposed to cater for other clients.
In regards to the transferring your load to another truck it was because you were moved from Western Cape to Gauteng in a 12ton truck where your load was about 3.5ton. On arrival the bigger truck had to go for another long distance trip and your load was transferred to a 4ton truck just from our office to your storage which was about 30kms away. Your furniture was well looked after while in our care.
I'm glad we managed to move you within your time frame despite all changes.
