I really appreciated Pollen's continuous communication and that there were so many men to carry everything. However, I believe his bakkie & trailer were too small to transport all my things (1 bedroom house & more). It forced the team to pack my boxes and furniture by rotating them and sqaushing them into confined places. Then they dumped it all into my storage container in a haphazard fashion. I have not had a chance to examine whether there is damage, since I can't get to anything, but I am rather nervous to find the outcome. It might have been safer for my possessions if we rather did a second trip or used a larger vehicle/trailer.

Things changed, as they do and Pollen was really accommodating in driving out to a storage facility, to deliver and then retrieve boxes, organised a lock and then delivered to our sons apartment this morning.

Struggled to find the address...They had to arrange for a longer trailer to cart lounge suite, dresser and bedroom TV stand even though i sent them pictures of all the items. Delayed the whole move process
