Struggled to find the address...They had to arrange for a longer trailer to cart lounge suite, dresser and bedroom TV stand even though i sent them pictures of all the items. Delayed the whole move process

I was a bit skeptical at first as most of the removal companies on here don't exist on Google and I was like ' what if the guys drive off with the stuff and we never see them again', I went with Spot On Logistics due to their reviews and the fact they were the cheapest. Very nice guys and Pollen kept me updated on their journey and how far they were. Thanks for a great job!

I highly recommend this business, they are very professional and punctual. They came very early 🙂

Guys that were to deliver goods were late for collection, goods were delivered at an unreasonable out as they only arrived at 01:00 where as goods were collected at 10:30 and it's a 5 hour drive, wardrobe was damaged and door with mirror was removed without any apologies or communication... All round bad experience

I phoned after hours and Pollen answered immediately and was extremely helpful. PE to Cptn - collected on time and delivered next day on time with good communication.

Pollen and his team at Spot on Logistics were incredibly quick, efficient and extremely helpful. They were even able to assist me from a request made within 24hrs which was a huge save from a tough spot. I'm very grateful for their services and will definitely use their services again. Highly recommend them!
