Very friendly, helpful and considerate however did not come with required vehicle specified to make the load and therefore costing me additional fees to transport the remainder of my stuff on my own at an additional cost. Aside from that they were great and would still recommend them.

The guys did a relatively good job moving. Came earlier than expected but it worked out okay because they did move a bit slowly. They dismounted some mirrors and floating shelves well so that was a positive.
The only issues I had was they did not handle the boxes with enough care which resulted in 2 broken glasses and a study desk with more chips than it had before the move (ones that cannot be fixed). Lastly they did not reassemble the bed properly as they were in a rush to leave so that was disappointing.
Hopefully they can continue to improve as they move forward with their business.

Lack of Punctuality, Poor Quality of work and communication, Highly disorganized, Unprofessional behavior, Unhelpful staff, Poor hygiene. Would never recommend to anyone. Highly disappointed.

Our daily planning is based on each request received and having accurate information is critical. Knowing on which floor your apartment is etc helps us be more efficient. We also agreed on a specific price, which we felt was fair and which you accepted, for you to then break our contract and not pay the full quote is regrettable. We always try to improve our services and will take this experience to keep offering more to our clients.

Firstly, Steve and the team were so helpful and kind in the communication we had before the big move. On the day of the move, Leon was so friendly, efficient and extremely accommodating. We were on time and on schedule, with proper care taken to ensure my possessions arrived safely at my new apartment. They also went out of their way to deliver my desk at my parents’ house. They drove so carefully and made sure to deliver everything carefully. Thank you for your help and professionalism, I would 100% recommend you guys!

Thanks for the feedback: I do agree that communication is the key to every aspect. The inventory list you gave was a 2-ton truck removal, which we did supply only when the guys were there. You wanted to move the entire house and outside house storage, which was way above what was requested, but anyway, thanks for the booking.
