I apologize for any misunderstandings during the move.

We arrived 30 minutes early, and your helper authorized us to start loading in your absence after they had called you to confirm. We also adjusted our costs transparently after accommodating additional items not listed in the original booking.

Regarding the jungle gym, I noticed and documented its rusty and cracked condition before moving it and even showed it to your helper who said it shouldn't be an issue. Despite our careful handling, it broke due to its pre-existing state.

We strive for clear communication and utmost care in transporting items.

Sorry about the incident we do our best to move clients goods we protected everything with bubble wrap and blankets maybe we overlooked something that caused that weve taken note and will make sure no such repeats itself in the futher....
