Damaged furniture, late, careless. Moving is tough but not enough care was taken

We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your moving experience.
Following completion of the move, scratches to a desk and coffee table were discussed directly with you and we offered to assist in resolving the matter. Additional claims of damage were only raised approximately a week later after the outstanding balance was requested, and despite our request, no supporting photographs or documentation were provided to us.
For transparency, all clients are advised prior to booking that moving schedules may be affected by traffic, access conditions, and additional or undeclared inventory. In your case, the quantity of goods moved substantially exceeded the original inventory provided by you, which significantly impacted the scheduled timing for the day.
Despite the additional labour and time involved, no extra charges were added for the increased inventory. We remain committed to providing a professional, owner-operated service and continue improving our processes based on client feedback.
