Thank you for being so accommodating and understanding! Sorry we had to reschedule for the next day, something we've never had to do before but unfortunately the booking prior to yours (which was the day before) was a catastrophe through no fault of ours or our client, but rather their client. Punctuality is very important to us which is why we don't make a habit of booking multiple bookings per day. I am very disappointed that we scored a 6 for punctuality when we were on time for the rescheduled appointment and I kept Cindy updated throughout the entire original booking day and even suggested that we cancel the booking, which would allow you to repost on Wise Move as another carrier would have been able to assist immediately.

Hi Samantha, so sorry to hear that the chest of drawers got hurt. Please send me pictures of the damage so I can see if there is something we can do.

When any one of the carriers quotes on the Wise Move platform they will stipulate whether they use an open or closed truck. We have uploaded pics of one our moves in this week where all items were wrapped as there was a 30% chance of rain.
