A Move to Remember – Thanks to Ultrarides!
Moving is never easy, but my recent experience with Ultrarides turned what felt like a logistical obstacle course into a surprisingly smooth journey. This was my third move in 14 years, and by far the most challenging—rescheduled dates, a late afternoon start, endless walking distances, and more steps than a fitness tracker could count. And just when I thought we were done, my sofa decided it was too sophisticated to fit through the main doorway. Classic.

Despite all that, the Ultrarides team handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuinely friendly attitude that made the whole ordeal feel less like a chore and more like a well-coordinated dance (minus the sofa’s dramatic entrance). They treated my belongings with care, and not a single item was broken—unless you count my spirit briefly when I saw those stairs.

Thank you, Team Ultrarides, for turning a potential nightmare into a well-executed move. I’ll definitely be recommending your services to anyone brave (or foolish) enough to relocate!

Tony and his team were fantastic! Everything was moved out quickly and carefully. He disassembled and reassembled our bed frame which was a huge help. Worth every cent! Would definitely recommend.

This was the best service I have received in a long time. They came to see what they would be moving a day before, which was new to me. They then made sure to come with the right equipment to disassemble and assemble at the final destination.
The team took care of my furniture, which did not have a single scratch or bump. I hate moving because your furniture just ages in one move. They wrapped the furniture and took care of everything. I will be using them again on my last move in the next two years, LOL.

Thank you, Tony and team for the excellent service - you really made the move pleasant. This is a great team; they arrived on time and took great care of my furniture and valuables. They re-assembled all items that was dissembled and ensure that all my appliances (dishwasher & washing machine etc.) was connected and working. I will defiantly use them again if need be and you can rest assure and also use the team for a smooth and pleasant move.

Tony and his team were phenomenal and I'm so glad I hired them! The house I was moving from and the house I was moving to both had difficulties and I also had a lot to move! They were so professional and their skills are seriously not to be underestimated.

Tony was outstanding to work with. He arrived earlier than expected and, along with his colleague, efficiently packed up our place and set up the new one in no time. They handled all items with the utmost care. We are very pleased with the service received.

Communication started well with UltraRides , however on the actual day of the move things did not quite go right. A different vehicle than expected was provided which created frustration and discomfort. Better communication on the change could have been provided. Further to this unfortunately some of my items did get damaged in the process of the move.

They were incredible and got all our furniture in one trip. Everything from removal, to loading to offloading and bringing the furniture to our apartment took around 5 and half hours. The were professional and got the job done perfectly!

I am amazed. They made my move completely stress free. Also giving a helping hand to pack as I had a broken leg free of charge. Nothing broken. Nothing stolen. Fast efficient and incredibly reliable. I will certainly be using their sevices again.
