There was a couple of chips in wooden chairs but other than that we have no complaints.

Suggestion for the movers as well as those moving, get some different colour duct tape and place a small strip on every item from one house. So as to seperate the houses easier.

Their price is Affordable and they communicate frequently. They helped me to move my couches from cradock to cpt

They were great! From initial acceptance, they communicated clearly and quickly. The movers showed up a little late but had communicated beforehand, so that's not an issue. They took great care in the handling of everything and the move was completed quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend them

The team were very professional. They arrived early and worked quickly. They communicated with me the whole time on the road. Everything arrived in one piece. They offloaded everything into the respective rooms and helped connect some of the big appliances. Overall I was very happy with the move. It was painless and professionally done. I would recommend Vuyani wholeheartedly.

The truck overturned on the way to Cape Town, which is understandable. The claim process was lengthy, with the Transport company each month requesting this and that, and when you thought the process is over, then another request to submit ABC document.

This process went on forever until I got tired and decided to replace my items that I've lost and just call off their process. In all, I've lost out coz I couldn't wait anymore as I needed to use my items.

If it's their insurance that led to these delays in processing, they should consider changing it coz I just couldn't understand what the issue is that led to all the claims delays coz the truck overturned - it's as simple as that.

The Vuyani service was truly exceptional, offering both excellence and reliability throughout the entire process. We were particularly impressed with how smoothly everything went, and the fact that all of our belongings arrived safely and in perfect condition speaks volumes about the care and professionalism of the team. This level of service certainly deserves high praise, and we would not hesitate to recommend Vuyani to others.

However, we believe that there is always room for improvement, particularly in terms of communication. While the service itself was outstanding, clearer and more frequent communication would enhance the customer experience even more, providing added peace of mind during the process. Overall, we were very satisfied and believe these small adjustments could take an already excellent service to the next level.

I was assisted by Frans from Vuyani. He arrived at my place on time. Communication was kept open from him travelling to my place, on the way, reaching the destination, offloading the goods. I was amazed at how smooth everything went. The goods arrived in the same good condition because they were handled with care. I really recommend for all your deliveries. 10 out of 10 service!
