Hi Lettie, thanks for your feedback. However, how could it be that we had asked for any extra cash from you when you were at work and you were not around during the move and we were doing the move with your husband and his friend?

The only amount we received was the balance payment via eft and that was after your husband called you to make the payment. This was actually after we were made to wait at the delivery address before offloading and which delayed other customers.

From our encounter with your husband, there were no complaints at all from him, besides he was happy and even complimented us with a thank you gift,unless you are mistaking us for another company.

All the items we moved from the collection address were based on your husband's instructions as to what we should carry/move and what we should not. Unless there has been a miscommunication between you and your husband as everything we did was under his supervision and he was happy with our service.

Let us know if you would like us to give you a follow up call to resolve any issues your husband might not have addressed with us in person before we left, which we would not have been aware of.
