Yvette herself does a good job with the role she plays. The process however is unprofessional, with high levels of risk. If anything has to go wrong, there is no accountability. Not even your own insurance will support you as you basically created the risk for loss and damage (unknowingly). There are simply too many parties involved, each one indicating they're "just doing what they were told". Don't think you book your vehicle with one organization who will manage the process and take responsibility from start to finish.
Despite clear and written communication about who, when and where the process changes drastically as it unfolds. First the vehicles had to be in Randburg before 10 AM on a specific date for collection. Shortly before delivery that changed to it being in Centurion for collection, at a very dodgy "carwash". There were no cars being washed, rather just a few old wrecks standing around under dust and covers. Nevertheless, the vehicles were checked in by a guy who forgot to record the milage. But it was not the place you'd prefer to leave your priced vehicle.
Instead of the vehicles being kept at the depot in Century City, Cape Town after delivery as agreed, they were driven to an individual's house in Athlone. Either there was no arrangement made with the depot OR the person responsible for that part of the transactions didn't want to pay the holding fees and offered his friend a few Rands to store the vehicles at his house instead.
The vehicles were very dirty, far away from the agreed-upon delivery address and a number of phone-calls away from determining who exactly is now in possession of the vehicles.
