The team was incredibly friendly and kind, which made all the difference in the world as I was really dreading this move. They were incredibly careful with all of my belongings, despite only moving a single floor in the same building, everything was wrapped and protected for the move. They also went above and beyond to make my day run more smoothly as I was moving alone. I am super grateful for mini move’s ability to provide flexible services (I was moving to a different apartment in the same building, which meant I didn’t need transport and they were able to help me with this at a very reasonable price). 10/10 would recommend / use again.

Absolutely excellent service, I am so impressed. Heirloom pieces that was difficult to move, was wrapped in stretch plastic, delicate feet screwed off, and loaded with great care, even though it was raining cats and dogs. Access was difficult but still they arrived with a trolley and persevered. Pictures of progress were shared on WhatsApp and notification of loading and off-loading was sent. I paid the entire amount right at the end after proof of delivery was given and certainly appreciated the fact that I was not pressured for payment prematurely. Very professional service and love this platform as well - will most definitely recommend both the service provider and this platform and will use them again.

The service received from both the transport provider Ngunezijili Logistics and Wise Move was absolutely brilliant. The transporter arrived at my premises on time, the bakkie was exceptionally neat and clean, the communication along the way to the destination was ongoing. Overall it was a 5 star experience. How far in advance should I book a mover in South Africa?

We encourage booking as early as possible. This is for you to reserve a space ahead of time, giving you peace of mind. Movers tend to get booked out fast, so the closer you get to your moving dates, the less space there will be available. Booking in advance helps you hold the price and avoid any future price increases too.

I only have a small item/s to move. Do you have a minimum cost for moving?

There is no minimum cost to move items. Our movers quote will be based on the item size/weight, distance from the collection to the delivery destination, and the transport providers proximity to the desired location.

How are Wise Move moving companies vetted?

All our approved movers must submit an identity document, proof of address, verify their mobile phone number and email address. Customers publish reviews after booking completion keeping it all accountable and respectful.

Does Wise Move provide insurance for my delivery?
