The vehicle was picked up a day later than expected. When loaded, we had to constantly ask where the vehicle was, as our live tracking system indicated that the vehicle was moving all over the PE area. But it was delivered on time in Capetown. The carrier manager as well as the truck driver patiently handled all my concerns. I have no complaints other than the vehicle not being picked up on the booked date.

Klint was very helpful from start to finish. The only issue I have is communication, they must improve on that. Also if I give you the address check how far it is from JHB as that can't be an excuse not to deliver on time. Professionalism and honesty from Kriss was excellent. Although we had hiccups before my bakkie left for Pretoria from KZN, he was always in communication. When the bakkie was loaded, sent photos. Not a professional company but if you look for a private person doing the move and on top of your own Desaster being stranded you like to create more problems- that’s the way to do so. At the end all is good, car will get delivered on a new schedule- and no winch provided. They will find people in the street to push your car.
