I booked for a two bedroom house meaning Kitchen lounge and dining room too. When they came they asked for extra cash because they said it is too much. I found this unprofessional and I had to pay the extra in cash whereas the agreed amount was paid by EFT.

Andre and his team were excellent! They were super patient with some of the last minute packing I had and dealing with animals. Andre was excellent. It was a last minute request and he made a plan. In addition, he also disconnected and reconnected the dishwasher and washing machine at no charge. Abel and his team delivered a great service. They took good care of our belongings and were very helpful with the things I wanted to transport in my car. The guys are very strong and carried our heavy furniture upstairs like a breeze, with almost no scratches to our furniture or the walls. Abel and his crew were phenomenal! Abel stayed in touch with me every step of the way. He confirmed my booking, the move and time a day in advance and on the day of the move. I was never uncertain about any of the logistics. The crew was extremely professional, punctual, took great care wrapping my furniture and carrying everything down three flights of stairs! At the new apartment we had to wait a little while for the previous tenant to finish up their move, and Abel kept cool and calm and made sure I was calm and comfortable. I wish Abel and his crew many years of success and growth because I certainly will never use anybody else for moving. They set the bar high! Well done on providing exceptional service, Abel and crew!

Good day, thank you firstly for assisting and making the move easy. Truck was a bit late but the crew assisted very well. One thing to mention, the truck inside was very dirty and there was a lot of red ground around. If we did not bubble wrap everything very well. All our belongings would have been stained with red ground. Rest was fantastic, thank you
