I really appreciated Pollen's continuous communication and that there were so many men to carry everything. However, I believe his bakkie & trailer were too small to transport all my things (1 bedroom house & more). It forced the team to pack my boxes and furniture by rotating them and sqaushing them into confined places. Then they dumped it all into my storage container in a haphazard fashion. I have not had a chance to examine whether there is damage, since I can't get to anything, but I am rather nervous to find the outcome. It might have been safer for my possessions if we rather did a second trip or used a larger vehicle/trailer.

Wow where do i start??? From the moment that i have accepted the quote, i was contacted immediately and kept up to date. Upon arrival the guys got to work and wrapped everything with smiles goong the entire day. Dealing with Craig was superb and seamless. I had and issue with a few small items that I had left off my original list of goods being transported, but Craug took it in his stride and made sure that everything was loaded. My quite was for a 3 bedroom house. All items listed except some camping equipment. Photos of all the rooms with more boxes mentioned than used. The guys were punctual and started loaded quickly,however the truck was too small for all the stuff quoted and I now have to rent a trailer to fetch the remaining items. My fridge has 4 dents in the front door, a wrapped photo frame was broken and 3 lamps, in fragile boxes were broken to the point of throwing them away. The guys are very friendly and helpfull but need to be careful with fragile items.

They took a bit long to arrive (it was expected since we booked them on the same day), but overall it was a great move. They handled all of our belongings with care and delivered everything in good condition. The team was friendly and easy to communicate with. Thank you for the great service. Their truck was nearly large enough to transport a whole five-bedroom house with all the furnishings; we had to move a few stuff with our personal car, but it wasn't a big deal.

This was the worst move I have experienced in 20 years. They advertise themselves as TNM Logistics, but when it comes to being invoiced and paying they become CBS Dynamic Solutions. So now you do not know whether you are dealing with fraudsters, or not. Then they sent me a driver + two 2 crew, instead of the 4 crew I had booked -- without explaining. The two 2 crew were so slow, they could have been mistaken for some 80 year old out for a stroll. They were disorganised, and stopped working for long periods. They were ill-equipped and would wander around the collection address, seemingly not knowing what to do next. One Shingaz who identified himself as the owner of the truck kept on messaging me about all sorts of complaints from his two very slow and lazy workers told him. He was not on site. Eventually, this Shingaz extorted an additional R500 from us on the basis of what these 2 slow and lazy guys told him. The R500 was paid. However, this did not get the 2 crew to pick up pace. Just so as to get them to move along, we gave each of them some cash. Suddenly they walked faster and moved the goods a little faster. But it was getting very late and eventually they simply abandoned about a quarter of the goods which we had to ferry ourselves until about midnight. In the meanwhile the Shingaz texted every few minutes wanting the balance of the money. A move that should have taken 3 hours took more than 5 hours with a quarter of the goods just simply abandoned. This was truly the most horrible move I have experienced. TNM or CBS - whatever their true identity is (if not fraudulent) - should not be in business. It is clear they are not interested in providing a service or value in return for payment they are interested only in money and extorting money. I would not recommend them instead would warn to avoid them. This is also the last time I will use Wise Move.
