Andre is definitely the man you want on your team! There are no words to explain how far beyond the call of duty he goes. Exceptional service. I highly recommend him, you will not be sorry. 10 out of 10 doesn’t even begin to do his service justice. One of the items on my very long list was a treasured upright piano. Andre knows how to move pianos with care and attention. Perfect execution. 👌🏻

After continually requesting more money for no reason, they intentionally broke our Coffee Plunger, Antique School desk, Dining Room leg(where it fits into the support beams) and double bed base. I advised Blessing well in advance that I had a car Engine and he refused to load it on the trailer saying that they only move furniture and again asked for more money. We couldn't speak directly to either of the two helpers, only through Blessing and he takes offense if someone even guides them to take an item to a specific room. Boxes were "Dumped" in the lounge after requesting them to place the boxes against the wall or to take specific ones to the store room or bedroom. After Blessings request, we sent photos of all household goods and they arrive in a small Kia with a flat bed trailer without supporting sides - the result, they had to stop and read secure the furniture on route a couple of times. The square cupboard ( now wobbly) was Leaning over the edge of the trailer at about 30° before they stopped to readjust the goods. I am very disappointed with their lack of concern and unprofessional manner and seek your guidance to claim for the damages. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. I am not impressed with this company and will never use them again, my fridge was scratched (of which they proceeded to argue with me saying it was already scratched, yet I had checked everything that morning prior to them arriving), We needed to be done by 10h00 instead 11h00 is when they finished. this timelines were confirmed three times with the company and my fan was broken. no accountability has been taken furthermore, upon payment I was told I need to do an immediate payment to Capitec which would have cost me an additional R40.00 for it to be an immediate payment. I refused and educated the amount from what was due. This was not told to me prior but on the day, had I known, I would have ensured that there was funds in my Capitec account and wouldn't have had to use my FNB account.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! The pick up was scheduled for 6pm but they only came at 10pm(not even a single apology when they arrived). I had to call and find out if they still coming, only then was I notified that they were stuck delivering somewhere and around 6:30pm they said they were only running a few minutes lates(which I knew was a lie cause he sounded like someone who forgot about me), from 9 he kept saying he is around the corner till 10pm. When I kept calling them the only thing they kept saying was they will bring more people to help me move so that it can be easier. We got to the drop off at around 11pm. When they were moving from the pick up location I made them aware to be very careful with my TV stand as it was very expensive but guess what, when it got to the new place it was scratched and dirty(brown finger prints) as they hands were dirty ( a whole 11k white tv stand is damaged) when I showed them the scratch, I was told by Gilbert that wasn’t they fault as that looked like a water mark💔 a stand less than 3 months old. My couch was wet and had brown stains at the back(because they would just lay it on the fall outside as they were removing the door), when I also made them aware of this I was told that “Maybe you gave us the couch wet, and the stains look like soup” everything was my fault. How could soup get to the back bottom corner of the couch?! Boxes that were written fragile, were turned upside down (they said I was rushing them). And they proceeded to demand the full amount of the moving, after the inconvenience of making me move so late while I have work the next day. The only time the decided to apologize was after they have recieved they money and left.

Skonza logistics was excellent. They moved a full load of furniture from Centurion to Cape Town for me. My things were in their own trailer. Blanket wrapping was not charged extra for. Everything was handled very carefully and well. I was a little worried that the Saturday delivery would not come through but everything worked out so smoothly with the guys coming on time and refusing to let me carry any heavy items and they just carried everything up a narrow staircase without blinking. Nothing went missing. No noteworthy damage. Would recommend them in a heartbeat. Really grateful. Wisemove was also great sending me a pdf of all the quotes I recieved to send to my employer for review.

Really wanted to give 5 stars. Items all arrived timeously, however they dented my fridge door with several small dents. And their insurance doesn't cover dents only total loses. My recommendation is if you use them wrap your own items in bubble wrap. They use really thin blankets and appliances are prone to get damaged
