They were great! From initial acceptance, they communicated clearly and quickly. The movers showed up a little late but had communicated beforehand, so that's not an issue. We had a very large house and lots of things to move (6 bed room house + cottage + workshop). Thsepo underestimated the move, a site visit before hand would have helped him to do better planning. There was some scratch marks on furniture and on a door as a result of the move. Tshepo and his team were very friendly and easy to work with. They were honest and nothing went missing during the move. They carried on until 22:00 to get all the large pieces moved. If you have a small house to move, I can recommend Tshepo and his team.

This company was generally a pleasure to work with, their communication was excellent, they were punctual and very accommodating. They are clearly experienced movers and generally handled items with professionalism and care, although there was some very minor damage to goods here and there. The guys were friendly and efficient, although not very communicative during the actual move. All in all a great company to use for a good balance between affordability and standard of professionalism.

Gentleman showed up on time and prepared. They lifted every item no matter how big and loaded it carefully onto the truck. They were worked in a swift and timely manner and respected every item that needed to be loaded. They were extremely prepared and had the right equipment for the job at hand. Tools and packaging was provided by them. I could not have been happier with the great service . Truly grateful to have had these gentlemen help me with my move.

Poor customer service. The truck arrived 9 hours late and they only deliver during the week, my family had essential items to because the truck could not be run to burnout on weekends according to Matt Knezovic the truck owner whatever he is. He said he was going to get to me about the possibility of delivering my staff on Saturday and he never did. I want through the whole weekend sleeping on the floor thanks to Key Moves. They lied about the time of truck arrival and they did not even communicate with their moving crew about the details of the contract. Please spend your money elsewhere if you want a piece of mind. I am never ever using Key moves again, they lack professional customer service.

According to the contract, DLH were suppose to arrive for collection at 7:00am on 23rd December 2024. They arrived at 9:45am and there was no sense of urgency. I asked the supervisor what time they were going to arrive at the destination the following morning, he then informed me that the truck would only arrive on 26th December 2024. I then had to scramble to get a booking for 2 nights which costed me R1620.00. In the very beginning I stressed to the supervisor that we had a long journey ahead and we didn't want to leave late because we were two old people and we didn't want to travel through the night! After 4 hours of taking my goods to the truck, I reached a stage of severe anger. Almost the whole time, one man was collecting my goods and taking them to the truck. One man was playing on cellphone when I went out to check what was happening. The supervisor was no where to be seen! I must mention that they were only interested in taking goods that were broken and I was leaving behind like my microwave, one garden chair and ice machine. The one man wanted a zinc basin, a lounge chair and garden table; which my husband and myself both said no to after many requests. I in fact gave The supervisor a garden table for his wife! I mentioned that it was going to rain, but nothing happened. In fact the last item was my bed, it was pouring with rain, so I asked for a mattress cover and I was told it would be R100.00 cash. I had no choice, as my mattress would have soaked. The two men who moved the bed decided it was raining to hard and I then lost my temper, I call the supervisor and told him to get my bed on the truck before I called the MD, he agreed and it was done. They finally left at 13:45pm. I was instructed by the supervisor not to put a time on the your official goods collection form when I signed it. After a very dangerous journey, it was raining, misty, foggy and roads slippery, we arrived at our destination at 21:45pm. I received a call from the supervisor on 24th December 2024 at 17:36pm, wanting to deliver my goods on 25th December 2024, I told him no, as I had paid for accommodation for two nights and I was not going to lose my money I spent. Then on 26th December 2024, at 5:12am on WhatsApp he informed me that he had a breakdown in Pinetown this is after he wanted to arrive at the destination at 6:00am in the morning, I told him this would not be possible. He left Durban at 10:20am and arrived at 12:30pm at my final destination. He then informed me there was a problem with offloading, I lost it and told I didn't care about his problem, but I wanted my goods offloaded and put in my place of residence. It then happened and after being asked for cold drinks which I explained, "I didn't have" they got on the job. My furniture was damaged, one umbrella was not in the black drum and some of clothing rails pipes. were missing. After spending R26950.00 for my goods to be collected and delivered, I would not recommend DLH for any work. They are not professional, don't care about your goods, lack punctuality and don't know the meaning of word communication.' Michele

1000% Recommend!! I have had many movers in my life, but this team surpasses all on every check. Arrived well before time, all my items (even the oldest pieces) were wrapped and carefully loaded onto the truck. The communication was excellent from the time of booking to when the crew arrived. The two drivers Ash and Junior together with the rest of the team were outstanding, professional and friendly. Lisa was a pleasure to deal with, accommodated me at very short notice and not to mention how reasonably priced they are. Will definitely use them again and refer them to all our friends & family.

They moved my 87 year old Granny but whilst moving they stole her cellphone. The phone was switched off at 13:41 30min into the packing and we confronted them at 14:00 but they all denied it. They offered for me to search them but there was a million places to hide the phone on the truck. Then I was harassed for payment, proof of payment was given. Should have used another company sadly.

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They are extremely unprofessional, poor communication (I received incessant messages from their driver and so did my sister) and they arrived 5 hours late to collect my furniture and I had to pay a fine for moving after hours. My furniture wasn't covered properly and my couches were ruined by rain. If you want good service and VALUE for your money, don't use them.

Despite the rain all day, Charles and his team made sure that my stuff stayed as dry as possible (I had an open truck). Nothing was water damaged thanks to the time they took to carefully cover everything. Also moved all my heavy furniture up 3 flights of stairs! Such legends. The rain delayed the pick up a bit and a WhatsApp message would’ve eased my anxiety but Petrus was very easy to get ahold of and kept me updated from then on! Thank you Rock Steady! Will definitely recommend them and use them again 🙏🏼
