Mariska was amazing with her communication and delivery, super helpful. The car arrived early with no damage.

The Cape Town depo of TAC where the car was delivered, was outstanding, and professional. The place was clean and safe, staff were helpful and fantastic to deal with.

However, the Joburg branch of TAC was the exact opposite and did not leave me feeling at ease. The security were quite rude and unhelpful. They expected me to leave my elderly mother and young son alone in their car on the roadside, in a less than desirable area, refused to let them into the safer parking lot. While I had to drive around to drop off my car and then walk all the way back around to get back to them. The person who checked my car in kept leering at my car and pressurizing me to sell it to him. Over and over again he asked me. Asking for my cellphone number.

I did notify both Mariska and Cape Town branch of this experience when it happened.
