Communication from CPT was terrible, considering they had my money and my car but said very little to me about anything.

The pick in JNB was seamless, I must have seemed like a jerk because they were so friendly the entire time in Joburg but I already had a bad taste in my mouth from Karen. In CPT. Thanks Graham and the ladies at the JNB depot.
