Our aim is always to adhere strictly to our scheduled times, unfortunately, two seperate breakdowns delayd us. I assure you this is not the norm. I called you straight away. When I said Life happens we have to do the best we can, I offered you three alternatives. One was to refund you all your money, As you know, there were no other trucks available to deliver your car sooner . We did deliver the car within 3 days as promised on the alternative plan. We went out of our way and made a plan to assist you as best we can. We did not just walk away. On the care of goods score, I believe that your car was delivered in fantastic condition and would like to ask you to reconsider your score of 6 when the car was delivered without a scratch.
On the score of 2 on communication we were in contact all the time and you were updated of the progress all the time.
We are implementing new strategies to improve service delivery and to prevent this kind of delay in the future. We hope to have another chance to serve you with our improved standards. - Kind Regards, Petrus

We are so sorry that your furniture was damaged in the accident. Like I mentioned to you in our last telephone call, we are still waiting for the insurance, and the vehicle is also still awaiting repairs. Thank you for the review. I have spoken to the staff who transported your vehicle and they have assured me that all four wheels were in order upon delivery. The inspection sheet was also signed off as "all in order". Perhaps you may have a slow puncture? Nevertheless, I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. We did not want to take any chances with our clients' vehicles, our own vehicles, or the safety of our staff. Thank you for the review, Theo. As mentioned, our truck was full and I arranged for your car's transport through a sub-contractor. However, the sub-contractor was late and there is no excuse for that. So, a 2 on punctuality is a fair rating. On a positive note, the car was delivered without a scratch. I would like to address your low scores for care of goods, professionalism, and communication, even though you were kept in the loop.

There were multiple forms of communication, including WhatsApp messages. I am not sure how many times I needed to inform you that we were running late before the communication could be rated higher. While a bad rating for punctuality is understandable, a low rating for everything seems excessive. Additionally, you decided to collect the car yourself instead of having it delivered door-to-door, which was our original plan. This was not on us.

It is worth noting that our price was the lowest among all the quotes you received, which is why you chose us. Complaining about the price after the car was loaded is not fair. We strive to provide the best service at a competitive price. Thank you again for your feedback.
