I need to move furniture items from my father’s 1 bedroom apartment at Fairmead Court (CPOA) to my home, 13 Clyde Street, Hout Bay. We would have moved the small
Items and boxes by then, so the move will involve:
Bedroom: 2x single beds with headboards and mattresses; 1x side table; 1x small antique Davenport desk; 1x small dainty seater.
Kitchen: 1x fridge; 1x wicker laundry basket.
Lounge /Dining/Study: 1x mobile side server; 1x 2 seater sofa; 1x round coffee table; 1x inlaid stone table top which fits on top of the coffee table (fragile); 1x table; 1x small bookshelf; 1x glass front display cabinet, which comes apart from its base; 1x flat screen TV; 1x rocking chair.
Garden: 1x Cast Aluminium Table + 4 chairs
However, some of these items need to be dropped off at the garages where we are currently packing and storing items of my late brother’s, who recently passed away - at Groote Schuur Mansions, Main Road, Rondebosch.
From those items, the following need to be dropped off in Rondebosch:
Bedroom: 1x side table
Kitchen: 1x fridge; 1x wicker laundry basket.
Lounge /Dining/Study: 1x mobile side server; 1x table; 1x 2 seater sofa.
Garden: 1x Cast Aluminium Table + 4 chairs
We will need to load two furniture items from the 2nd Floor there:
1x glass fronted bookshelf; and
1x small booze cabinet with a glass door; and possibly boxes of books (number to be confirmed), if there is still space in the van before delivering to Hout Bay.
I will be there at each leg of the trip to assist with which items are being off loaded in Rondebosch and which items are to be loaded up for delivery to Hout Bay.
I need to do this on Friday, 28th June 2024.
