Hi Terri, my sincerest apologies again for the unforseen circumstance, that the strap had come loose causing the jewelry box to fall over, however my offer to you to replace same still stands despite Joshua indicating that you guys don't want to be compensated as he didn't like that box anyway.
Without trying to be defensive, but your pictures doesn't reflect all the goods in your inventory as the dishwasher and all of the antique stuff from the garage is not shown to determine the need for a large vehicle usually we would use a 2ton vehicle for a 1 bedroom move but our bakkie and trailer had translates into 3 tons for your job.
