Inexperienced movers were allocated to my 4+ room booking with a bakkie & trailer. Two trips later I send them home and I am now moving the rest of the stuff myself. They damaged a number of items, including an onyx table top that they put on the floor & walked over so that it is now cracked in several places. They were unable to get the desk in the house but we managed after we had to fix the top they damaged. Staff were at first sullen & not interested in the job.

Our team confirms that they did not handle the specific table you mentioned, and it's possible that other individuals that were also working in the house may have contributed to the damages. We recommend handling items with care to avoid any potential scratches, and while we suggested wrapping everything for added protection, we understand you opted to handle it yourself, which unfortunately wasn't done.
Regarding the other table that did not fit in the other house, it's important to note that the table was too big for a normal door as you have a sliding doors at your pickup address and the table was glued which did not allow for disassembly. Additionally, our team disassembled and reassembled the other tables as required.
