Was told Full rate to the agreed adress on the West Coast. Then was Only delivered to a Shady Area in Cape Town where i was first given the wrong adress. 30 min drive later found the correct adress. So much for “ Express Delivery” 4 Days later. No Call or Apologies. 2 Broken down vehicles on route and was told “ Sh*t Happens. Feel robbed to say the least.

Our aim is always to adhere strictly to our scheduled times, unfortunately, two seperate breakdowns delayd us. I assure you this is not the norm. I called you straight away. When I said Life happens we have to do the best we can, I offered you three alternatives. One was to refund you all your money, As you know, there were no other trucks available to deliver your car sooner . We did deliver the car within 3 days as promised on the alternative plan. We went out of our way and made a plan to assist you as best we can. We did not just walk away. On the care of goods score, I believe that your car was delivered in fantastic condition and would like to ask you to reconsider your score of 6 when the car was delivered without a scratch.
On the score of 2 on communication we were in contact all the time and you were updated of the progress all the time.
